Issue after updating to the latests version - GUI seems broken

Hi I hope you can help me with this issue as I have struggled to find a solution myself.

I am currently running 6.1.10, and works well.

I have the following script for updating the version, I have been using a version of this script to automate the update to a new version

The script runs, instalation finish succesfully, but when the application start components discplay no information (see screenshot below)

And the menu dont work properly. Dont work properly means that some options of the menu work, and some just dont do anything.

If I rollback to 6.1.10 everything works fine again.

During the troubleshooting, the script was updated with the latests instructions for update in the page.

Do you have any idea what can be going wrong?

In case it is helpful, these two scripts are working for me now for upgrade FFIII and FIDI
Probably not the best set of scripts, but it works :)
