Didn't realize I never actually responded to this. Yes those three things are what's left to ship custom bin IDs as far as I can remember.

Back end:

• Sanity checked Custom binIDs [WIP: Needs some frontend work still] #115: 👌
• Addressed change bin expiration to be based on time since last access #101 by updating bin expiry time to 48 hours whenever data is posted.
• Fix travis errors

Front end:

• maybe fix map (if it is actually broken)
• update copy to reflect that bins last for 48 hours since the last time data was posted
• add custom bin IDs to history when they are viewed for the first time
