upgrade color-normalize to v2 in gl-text

@dy I wanted to upgrade color-normalize and publish (possibly a minor?) for this package.
But then run in to some problems.
So I thought I would be best to pass it to you.

it's not going to be soon - it needs completely new build pipeline, hours of work.
Better you do it or I'd need to require some paid hours.
