@phated I don't have access to add an NPM_TOKEN to security secrets on this repository. I've included the appropriate links above... should also go ahead and remove the travis yaml at the same time.

Thanks @tracker1 - have you seen https://github.com/gulp-community/gulp-pug? We are using the main gulp template but updated for plugins.

I wrote https://github.com/gulpjs/update-template to update the project scaffold. But it uses a hardcoded template, so I need to update it to take a different URL and then fork the main gulp template.

@phated I hadn't seen it, no... was just looking through the backlog of notifications on github, and realized I'd been tagged in a gulp-footer PR.
