Re: gulp-community/gulp-header#11, I noticed this codebase is not the same as gulp-header. It seems that you have changed it quite a bit since forking it. I intend on making the similar changes to my fork of gulp-footer re: gulp-community/gulp-header#11. Do you also want a pull to upgrade the codebase to the same gulp-header standard?

@whitneyit I've been meaning to fork gulp-header into a single gulp-header-footer with a configuration parameryer, and having gulp-header and gulp-footer both be wrappers for that... Since they are (were or should have been) more the same than different...
