Build Food Page

Follow the figma linked bellow to build the Food page. Images can be placeholders for now. The X in the top right should close the page, all scaling should be dynamic to fit with any phone size. you should be able to click through all the menus and populate the expanded menus from a vector or a json file. The bottom line should extend below the bottom nav bar and scrolling should not be enabled on the screen but should be enabled for the meals.

You do not need to link to the page for now, include screen shots of the completed page in a reply to this issue when completed. Should be completed by tuesday.
