Create a queue for mentoring at the event that people can enter when they need mentoring.

Probably use Amplify to build an AppSync API that can hold the queue.

We also want a portal where mentors can access the queue and remove people from the queue.

honestly this isn't really needed and we won't be moving forwards with this
