About Page Button Styling

This is what the current About page looks like:

Navigate to https://hackrpi.com/ to actually look at the styling. The text for the event and the the team should really be more of a button style. Take inspiration from the Register button. Also the spacing is pretty tight.

Your task:

• make those two buttons looks more like clickable buttons (similar to register). make sure to reuse code from that button so you don't repeat work
• fix up the size, make sure the buttons are still smaller than the title but possible increase sizing.
• change the spacing a bit so that things are slightly more spaced out and visually appealing.
