[Enhancement]: Support for new API_GATEWAY default_size_inspection_limit in aws_wafv2_web_acl

Description

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/waf/latest/APIReference/API_AssociationConfig.html now supports CLOUDFRONT | API_GATEWAY | COGNITO_USER_POOL | APP_RUNNER_SERVICE | VERIFIED_ACCESS_INSTANCE but the aws_wafv2_web_acl resource only has configuration options for cloudwatch.
