This is a feature request for a data source for aws_shield_protection.

This data source should allow searching for protection via either

• name, or
• resource_arn

There are two ways to create Shield Protection on resources,

• Using Firewall Manager Policies
• aws_shield_protection resource and equivalent

In the first case, when users want to associate health checks to the protection with aws_shield_protection_health_check_association, they have to hardcode the Shield protection ID which is a UUID. This can be brittle and difficult to maintain.
