Roon and Airplay extension don't always remain disabled after a reboot

HiFiBerryOS version
20240410

HiFiBerry sound card
DAC + DSP

To Reproduce
Stop Roon & Airplay sources via the UI
Reboot HBOS
Roon & Airplay sources are back ON (Note that Airplay source is shown as inactive in the UI while docker ps shows it active)

Expected behavior
Roon & Airplay sources remain disabled after a reboot
