Hide shell flag from dvm-helper #38

Some of the flags should be hidden from the user as they're not something users need to know about.

The primary one I'm looking at is --shell:

$ dvm
...
   --shell          Specify the shell format in which environment variables should be output, e.g. powershell, cmd or sh/bash. Defaults to sh/bash. [$SHELL]
...
