Reproducible steps:

1. Take a screenshot on Windows using win + shift + s
2. Paste it to Paint or any other image editor
3. Save the image as a file on your desktop
4. Copy the file
5. Paste it to WhatsApp
6. Send it
7. The message will not be sent and become discarded without any error message showing.
