make gulp tasks into their own module(s) .Also might want to rename a few things (eg dist -> build & publish)

  • gulp build
  • gulp publish

There are now multiple gh release modules so we should use them instead.

Also lets update this ticket to remove gulp, switch to http://npm.im/gh-release and update README.
