Breaking changes

This issue is intended to form a collection of potentially-breaking changes to include in a chart update, so they can all happen at once when I eventually get around to it :P

• Use list or dependsOn for env vars (Add SSL chart options for PostgreSQL & Redis databases #88 (comment))
• Upgrade common library to latest version (Upgrade common script so its easier to override #59)
