Use configured receiver name in createAdminNotify

It was noted in the PR #529 that the adjustment to fix the sending of createAdminNotify emails now doesn't set the receiver name anymore, which now defaults to femanager.

thanks for the merge. The only thing this change implies is that the recipient name for the createAdminNotify email is now "femanager" and not taken from createAdminNotify.receiver.name.value. But at least the email is sent again.

The code should be adjusted that the configuration value from TypoScript is used for the receiver name again.
