質問

Planning / 課題の分析フェーズから、 パフォーマンス50%改善 という定量的な目標を立てるにあたって、解決すべき課題の整理をどのように進めたかを教えてください。

たとえば

既存コードの読み込み
(お話にあった) Speed Curveなどを使ったパフォーマンス計測
他社事例調査や他Blogサイト分析( はてなブログの中の人と会話したとか )

などです。

定量的な目標を立てるにあたっては、URL通しての調査(Chrome Dev Tools, SpeedCurveなど)しかしていない。
実装時には、既存コードの読み込み(Java製) をしながら
事例調査という意味では、Netflixのこれとかあとは社内でFRESH!がisomophicしていたので参考にした
スライドにもあるように、似たようなサービスとはSpeedCurveで比較した
Front-End Performance Checklist 2017 に記述されているが一番早い競合より20%早い必要があるらしい
