White blankpage when there is no connection to internet

I haven't tried this on linux or windows, but in OSX when you open IRCCloud and you haven't connected to network, it shows annoying white blankpage, and what makes it worse is even when you connected to internet after awhile, it is not going to refresh or anything (automatically) , you should have close and open the app.

You should a have small page to note user to connect to internet.
