In #14 you mention the library could use some love, or even a rewrite. It would be helpful to have some if the problems enumerated somewhere so that potential contributors know what to look into.

👍 Completely agree -- thanks for nudging me to do this. I'll make a todo list in the next few days, or at least a draft of it. I'm a little behind on modern JavaScript programming practices, so someone might have additional/better suggestions on tidying up the library.
