Still getting ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE #78

I followed the directions and enabled the flag at chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-localhost. But I still get this error when loading the page:

redux-devtools-extension.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILED
todoapp.bundle.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE
