There are lots of places the code could be improved

Nested ifs could be elseifs
GameStart == 1 meaning not started ought to be reversed
Naming of functions (e.g. checknumber should be something like displaydigit)
Fix indentation
Camel case
Make logic flow make more sense
Better code comments
Remove firstnumber, secondnumber, etc. for a single int
