Option to post restrict burp visibility to followers (no longer public)

This feature makes sense after #5 is implemented, which would include a public channel.
Users might no longer want to post their burps public, so a switch or something would be great, to restrict a burp to just the followers.
Maybe even for existing burps add the switch to hide existing burps from the public.
