Following on from last year's issue (#47)

Upgrade
- Simulation: porting decay models and cut tools over, @dominikmuller?
- OATF work packages? Particularly WP1, WP2 and WP3
Outreach
- Masterclass
- Event display
- Contact outreach WG?

There are a couple of RTA things that might make cool projects:

Creating Stripping-like pages to display HLT lines configurations from Moore.
Creating 'diff' pages that show differences between two Moore configurations.
Adding Moore support to ProdConf.
