[ENHANCEMENT, IDE] Infinite loop protection in the IDE #14

Currently, the IDE doesn't protect against infinite loops.
It would be great to add this functionality.

There are two steps required here:

Research and identify possible solutions (e.g. what do codesandbox, glitch, codepen etc. use?).
Add it to the IDE.
