[Roadmap] Platforms unclear on mobile portrait view #294

At the moment the roadmap page hides the abbreviations if viewed on mobile in portrait mode. This makes the unfiltered list sort of confusing as it's unclear what platform the items refer to (and some items appear multiple times).

Maybe the dots on the roadmap items could be icons indicating which platform they are for? So for example the Android items could have an Android icon next to them, the iOS an Apple icon and the Web items the normal Mastodon icon.

I've addressed this in #347 by making the issue IDs always visible, hopefully that works?
