Support setting up ElasticSearch for full-text search.

We can use this Galaxy role to deploy ElasticSearch without reinventing the wheel:
https://galaxy.ansible.com/geerlingguy/elasticsearch

Then follow configuration per Mastodon documentation
https://docs.joinmastodon.org/admin/optional/elasticsearch/#config
