Steps to reproduce the problem
...
Expected behaviour
It should say "Hidden from search and trends"
Actual behaviour
It says "Fewer algorithmic fanfares"
Detailed description
Description on Quiet Public should be changed to "Hidden from search and trends". This would explain exactly what it does without introducing misleading wording. (Technically Quiet Public also hides posts from Federated and Local timelines, but this won't fit on the space available for the description and search/trends are more relevant to new users.)
Most non-technical people understand "algorithm" to mean Facebook-style stuff that hides what you are trying to see and pushes stuff at you that you don't want to see. Quiet Public/Unlisted visibility doesn't do any of this at all, Mastodon in general doesn't do any of this at all, so it is best to avoid the word.
