Sidenote: contributing.md is error 406 Not Acceptable for me.

What is happening that shouldn't be?

README.md contains some examples to come over from minimatch, including micromatch.match(), and links to its description. Except there is no such description on that page and the link points to nowhere.

Thanks for the feedback, we'll add some docs for .match().
