How to install torch-directml(cpuonly) on linux？

only use “pip install torch_directml==0.2.0.dev230426” can install nvidia module。
use “pip install torch==2.0.0 torchvision==0.15.1 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu”， then “pip install torch_directml==0.2.0.dev230426”。It will happen Aborted (core dumped)。
I want to use torch-cpu because I need to use pyinstaller packaging, is there any way to install the matching torch-directml?
