Feature Resquest: Implement a go to offset/time

Navigate using the horizontal (time) scrollbar on a laptop without a mouse is painful, sometimes it is slow to go to the desired time/offset by scrolling using clicks and it is hard to go to the exact time by dragging and dropping the cursor.

It would be good if inspectrum had an option to "go to" function to go to user-provided time/file offset.
