Support for Lottie iOS 4.0

I'd be interested in helping update ui-lottie to support the latest Lottie 4.0 library for iOS.

I'm not entirely sure what goes into an update like this if it is major or minor but thought I should start by submitting this to get the ball rolling. If this is something that we could do cooperatively I'd like to assist and learn.

@farfromrefug, do you have any updates on when/if you will be bringing your copy of your lottie-ios repo up to speed for this?

@mleleux-heykiddo @brianrclow I dont need it right now so no not sure when this would happen. the first task if you want to have a go is to update my fork, fix conflicts and then test a run in N.

Would be happy to take a stab at it. Is it just a matter of updating it with the latest lottie-ios spm package and rebuilding?

@mleleux-heykiddo not sure but I would say no. I had to fork a while back because it is in swift and there was no objc bindings
