I'm not sure the status of this project, but I think WebAssembly should be looked at as a solution before more major work is done here. More thoughts on this here: tensorflow/tensorflow#37 (comment)

This is a skeleton project. You will want to learn python to train.. if you want tensorflow in the browser there are these
