Ability to sort/filter/search notebooks.

It would be a great addition to have the ability to sort/filter and search for notebooks by name or date in the browse section. We schedule pods running papermill with airflow. This leads to a pretty large amount of notebooks to browse through. Not sure what would be the best approach for this.

This is probably something that should be tackled after the front-end has been converted to TypeScript.

Any updates on this, I see there is an elasticsearch option now but seems a little more complicated to have to host that.
