Website doesn't load on refresh or coming back afterwards

Although this problem is seems to be present on firefox. It is a common browser for most of the users.
Reloading website shows blank content with error:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: 404 page could not be found. Checkout https://www.gatsbyjs.org/docs/add-404-page/
    o https://openebs.io/app-2a803ebc914846575794.js:1

refreshing with clearing data loads the website again. (ctr+shift+R)
