Thanks! I'm going to cherry-pick the commit and will make it part of a PR that bundles all changes for a pandoc update. I'll revert the svgnames change, as that's already handled by a call to |

Takes the
$if(csl-refs)$block from current version of pandoc, replaces old version. not sure if backwards compatible.also added
svgnamestoxcolorimport because otherwiseBlueis undefined.after these, the demo paper can be built successfully.
