Run repository check on subset of repo.

Sometimes a submission is nested within a larger project and so the repository statistics aren't correct for the submission (see openjournals/joss-reviews#2199 as an example).

It would be good if Whedon could take a path argument for the check repository command e.g.

@whedon check repository my/nested/module
