It would be great if whedon could check the archive when it is assigned to ensure that the metadata like the title, author list, and version tag matches the paper.

Perhaps we should be able to call this manually as @whedon check archive (e.g. after making edits).

Also perhaps whedon should run this check when calling whedon accept.
