It seems that after uploading a set of directories within directories to an osf project, the beginning part of the directory name,A_xenica is being truncated from each. Presumably because the parent directory is called A_xenica. This is undesireable, because my downstream analyses require this name to be in each of the subdirectories.
(This might be a separate issue, but this upload seems to take a long time, >5 min for 203 MB total in all subdirectories.)
This is the command:
osf -p m4xeg upload -r A_xenica/ quant/
