I am new to Outline, thank you for this amazing software! I hope this is the right place and right way to report this issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Insert a table with some content into an Outline page
  2. Click on the gray line left of the first row to open the table row actions
  3. Delete the first row of the table
  4. Save the page

When creating a table, the first row is always a header row. When deleting the first row, the table does not have a header row anymore. When saving the page, the new first row becomes a header row even though it was not displayed in the editor as such.

Expected behavior
Generally, what is shown in the editor should be equal to what is saved on the page.

I think it would be great if it was possible to create tables without header rows, and it would be even greater to also be able to insert additional table rows in the middle of the table, and to create table columns as well. The best way I can imagine to support this would be a toggle for header rows/columns/cells in the row/column/cell actions.

Version
Whatever version is included in the Outline v0.61.1 docker image.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
Arch Linux, Chromium 96.0.4664.110
