COPY other files for use in run segment of cog.yaml build

how can I use other private files in run segment of cog.yaml?

I have to use a python file for install A1111 sd webui on my model.
how to run this configure file in run segment?

I can't clone mine private github repo in cog.yaml for a single script.
and i can't use predict.py in run segment because that is not available in that state.
