The Copyright phrase is missing.

I want to use "caseless" but the Copyright phrase is not specified. Please update the Copyright phrase on the source code.

copyright is owned by the contributors and licensed under the noted public license.

Can you please add that copyright statement to the license text? The Apache 2.0 requires the preservation of the copyright notice at distribution, so it should be easy to find. Also you are making it hard to impossible to use your library legally in Germany where copyright can not be waivered and a main copyright owner might be required. I'm not a lawyer, this is just what they tell me ;-)
