I need to create a fan cover that has good airflow but obstructs view and thin, long objects

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to make any viable infill

• be generated at a 45 degree angle,
• mirrored in the middle, creating a V shaped airflow gaps

Describe alternatives you've considered
Custom infill

Just being able to specify vertical angle (tilt) to a grid pattern will be enough.

As I could mirror the angle with shape.
