loading spacebro client with standard-settings existing but not used result in program crash #30

If you try to use spacebro client within a program which use standard-settings, the spacebro-client will force the program to exist even if it can run properly with option passed to the constructor.

this is mostly due to https://github.com/spacebro/spacebro-client/blob/master/src/spacebro-client.js#L277
