[Bug Report][3.6.5] VDatePickerMonths ignores min and max values

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.6.5
Vue Version: 3.4.27
Browsers: Chrome 124.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Create a v-date-picker-months with a min and a max value. Optionally create a v-date-picker with min and max date. In both cases the months which are not in range of the min and max dates are selectable anyway.

Expected Behavior

Like the day or year picker I would expect that the months outside the range are not selectable (and have less opacity).

Actual Behavior

All months are selectable.
