[Q]Watch the offline results remotely #7642
Comments
Hey @jiang-yuan, thanks for writing in! You could deploy W&B on your own managed infrastructure, see here for more information about this. Regarding offline sweeps, that's not possible at this moment as you need to connect to create the sweep agent. Please let me know if this is helpful! |
Sorry, I am only a personal user and cannot affort to deploy W&B on your own managed infrastructure. I am looking for an way to use W&B for single person in offline mode. |
Hello @jiang-yuan, you will always need to use the sync command to sync your runs and see those on the UI doesn't matter if you use our wandb.ai or a private instance (see here for personal users). |
For personal use, even if I deploy a private instance on a single machine, I still need to purchase a license for long-term usage, correct? |
My company does not allow us to upload data to wandb. Therefore, I need to run wandb on our ubuntu server in offline mode.
I know there is a command that we can sync the running results to wandb and check the result on wandb, but I cannot do the sync operation. May I know if there is possible to remotely visit the offline running results from our server?
Besides, does wandb support offline sweep now?
