#2 is about creating a DB to track stats.

With this issue I want to nail down the incoming reports in different buckets (to understand what we need to fix it in webcompat.com)

  • browser reported from (firefox/safari/edge/chrome/etc.)
    • version number
    • channel (beta, nightly, canary, preview, etc.) This will be funky
  • browser reported for (firefox/safari/edge/chrome/etc.)
    • version number
    • channel
  • Reported through what
    • others: github, personal scripts, etc.
    • direct access to /issues/new
    • web extension
    • ••• Report site issue menu in firefox

So basically this is about understanding the reporting funnel. Some of this is already in our Google Analytics data, but not all.
