name: Stop auto detect new tokens/NFTs users received unless they are under the "whitelist"

We are at a stage, where new spam/scam tokens/NFTs are dropping to users' wallets every day.

  1. they are useless and have no value
  2. many of them are linked to scams or dangerous websites
  3. it cost us to do auto-detect.

I suggest stopping auto detect new tokens/NFTs users received unless they are under the "whitelist"
