Align Tiny TNT with TNT with regards to Events to support claim mods #7738

Now that we're exclusively on NeoForge, we have a much easier time of integrating with the NeoForge events used by various claim mods.

Observed on Forgecraft: Tiny TNT was able to break blocks in a claim, while normal TNT was not.
