Describe the feature

The ability to set a input / export busses tick speed to a static level, like every 20ticks for example.
In the UI for each bus individually

Reasons why it should be considered

Would be very neat for setups that produce a static streams of items but with acc. cards easily able to work every seconds instead of the [insert max tick speed here] Would be a very niche case, but afaik due to the (great) way that ae2 devices are coded should't be that hard. Thats from my very naive and 'not a programmer' perspective so if this would be to much effort just dump it. :)

Specific example for me:
I have an mystical Agriculture farm that produces a constanst stream of essences but with 4 acc. cards the bus imports idk 6 Stacks per operation, so is easily able to keep up but still speeds up to max tick speed due to the constant stream, which just wastes performance afaik.

Additional details

Thanks for reading and thanks for making this great mod ❤️

You mean as a user, right?

Because in the config you can already do that

Yeah sorry should have been more specific, i mean in the UI for each bus individually.
