Diffs:

  1. Genesis timestamp
  2. ITN features: Disable in devnet.mlh
  3. Network name- Impacts the signature but handled in CI correctly so no impact when using CI builds
    mina.exe binary has compile time signature
    mina-mainnet binary has mainnet signatures
    mina-devnet binary has devnet signatures

How about those build from source? What's the recommendation/process currently?
